1931 Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, infects human subjects with cancer cells.
He later goes on to establish the US Army Biological Warfare facilities in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, and is named to the US Atomic Energy Commission. While there, he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.
The Western money monopoly is the central pillar of the New World Order monolith. The ownership and control of commercial activity by a few British, European, and American families has created the necessary concentration of financial power to manipulate public policy at all levels through co-option of politicians, policy institutes, charities, educational establishments, and media outlets. Whilst there are some witting participants in the New World Order plan at the lower levels, most contributors are compartmentalized ''Manchurian Candidates'' who believe they are doing good.
Many American conservatives believe as a matter of faith that the Rockefellers and the Council on Foreign Relations exercise absolute control over the government and the people of the U.S. This thesis can be accepted as a working formula if one remains conscious of the larger issues. Two writers for whom the present writer (E.M) has great respect, Dr. Emanuel Josephson and Morris Bealle, insisted on focusing on the Rockefellers and excluding all other aspects of the World Order. This severely limited the effect of their otherwise groundbreaking work on the Medical Monopoly.
